"Positive Shopping Experience"

"Awesome customer support experience"

"Received a code that was useless..."
They sent me a code that didn’t function. Customer service told me it was due to my phone being inactive, but it was actually active. They wouldn’t refund my cash even though they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. TOTAL SCAM!

“SCAM based on my experience. V confusing and dishonest website with false advertising. Company seated in china, billing company in Germany, email with invoice from yet a third company, and technicl support from a fourth company - tenorshare - that has a less than stellar track record and a contact form that doesnt allow submission by using a scam "verification code" box at the end”
